Trenton/ West Trenton area

This page will focus on the Mercer County, N.J. area.  Including portions of the former Reading mainline from eastern Bucks County in Pennsylvania north into Somerset County, NJ.

The former Reading Railroad mainline from Manville to West Trenton is now CSX property.

    I've passed this bridge a thousand times, but I finally spent some time on Labor Day, 2010 to capture some images.
For those not knowing, this is the former Pennsylvania Railroad bridge over the Delaware River, now Amtraks'.  The photos are from a very accessible
area off Rt. 29 in Trenton.  September 6, 2010.  Virtually every train this day was right on time.
